Civil Engineer – Site Design & Drafting (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Professional Engineer with strong civil site design and drafting expertise to support self‑storage, industrial and multifamily projects. The position is fully remote, serving U.S. construction teams from Latin America.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare civil site plans, grading, drainage, erosion control, stormwater and utility layouts based on surveys and topographic data.
• Perform cut‑and‑fill, detention/retention calculations and apply value‑engineering to reduce sitework costs.
• Generate quantity takeoffs, assist with estimating and support contractor bidding, permitting and project coordination.
• Create floor plans, building layouts, elevations and basic renderings for mixed‑use projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in civil site design, grading, drainage and utility planning for U.S. projects.
• Strong communication, organization and problem‑solving abilities with attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory).
• Experience with Civil 3D (preferred).
• Familiarity with HydroCAD, StormCAD or similar stormwater design software (a plus).
