Case Manager – Personal Injury/Elder Abuse (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for an organized, client‑focused Case Manager to support our Personal Injury and Elder Abuse pre‑litigation teams. Working fully remote from overseas, you will guide cases from intake through settlement, ensuring smooth communication, medical coordination, and timely documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and families, providing regular status updates.
• Gather and document case facts, treatment updates, and damages information.
• Coordinate medical treatment, referrals, and obtain billing and medical records.
• Identify treatment gaps and assist attorneys with medical chronologies and damages summaries.
• Support discovery responses, deposition preparation, mediations, and trial preparation.
• Track litigation deadlines, prepare settlement demand materials, and maintain accurate case notes in the firm’s case management system.
• Meet productivity and quality KPIs, follow SOPs, and collaborate daily with U.S.‑based attorneys, paralegals, and records teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience as a Case Manager in U.S. Personal Injury or Elder Abuse litigation.
• Strong client communication skills via phone, email, and SMS.
• Fluent English (spoken and written) and reliable high‑speed internet.
• Availability to work during U.S. Pacific Time business hours.

Required skills

• Experience with Litify, Filevine, CasePeer, SmartAdvocate, or similar case management systems.
• Familiarity with U.S. personal injury litigation workflows and deadlines.
• Ability to maintain HIPAA compliance and confidentiality.
