Bookkeeper & Contract Billing Specialist

About the role

The company is looking for an experienced Bookkeeper who will also manage contract billing for Microsoft licensing and services. You will work with QuickBooks Desktop, Work 365, and HubSpot to ensure accurate financial processing and customer invoicing.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain bookkeeping in QuickBooks Desktop, including entering bills, recording deposits, reconciling bank accounts, and supporting monthly reviews.
• Process accounts payable and receivable, run AP payment cycles, and follow up on invoices past net‑45.
• Prepare and send Microsoft licensing invoices (≈30 per month) and handle high‑value billing with precision.
• Enter subcontractor timesheets as invoices, process partner commissions, and manage contract invoicing via Work 365.
• File monthly or quarterly sales‑tax returns for multiple U.S. states and assist with CRM maintenance and customer‑satisfaction surveys.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on bookkeeping experience, covering full month‑end cycles and bank reconciliations.
• Strong proficiency with QuickBooks Desktop; experience with AP, AR, and collections.
• Exposure to U.S. multi‑state sales‑tax filings.
• Professional written and spoken English for customer and vendor communication.
• Track record of long‑term employment stability.
