About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Booking & Reservations Specialist to support our clients in researching travel options, coordinating bookings, and managing reservation details. The role is fully remote, offering flexibility while delivering high‑quality service to both clients and service providers.

Key responsibilities

• Research travel and accommodation options based on client preferences.
• Assist with booking and reservation requests, reviewing availability and applicable options.
• Coordinate accommodations, transportation, activities, and related services.
• Verify reservation information for accuracy and provide confirmations with essential details.
• Handle modifications, special requests, and follow up when additional information is required.
• Maintain accurate booking records and ensure timely communication with clients and service providers.
