Bilingual Front Desk Receptionist & Sales Consultant – Aesthetics & Dermatology

About the role

We are looking for a proactive, patient‑focused Front Desk Receptionist and Sales Consultant to join our newly opened Aesthetic & MedSpa practice. The ideal candidate will combine strong customer service skills with solid knowledge of non‑surgical cosmetic treatments to guide patients from inquiry to appointment.

Key responsibilities

• Discuss and promote aesthetic treatments such as Botox, laser procedures, microneedling, radiofrequency (RF) and PRP, answering patient questions and encouraging bookings.
• Welcome patients, manage phone and message communications, and coordinate provider appointment schedules with a professional, warm demeanor.
• Support practice growth by assisting with opening operations, handling administrative tasks, and following up with patients to improve retention.
• Schedule, update, and maintain accurate patient records in the EMR system (experience with AestheticPro is a plus).

Required profile

• 1–2 years of hands‑on experience in an aesthetics, plastic surgery, dermatology, or medical spa environment.
• Strong familiarity with core non‑surgical treatments (Botox, lasers, microneedling, RF, PRP).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a high‑end customer service approach; bilingual ability is a plus.
• Reliable, self‑motivated, and interested in long‑term growth with a brand‑new practice.

Required skills

• AestheticPro EMR (or willingness to learn the system quickly).

What we offer

• Full‑time contractor position (40 hours per week) with a starting rate of $6 per hour, based on skill set and experience.
• Monday‑Friday schedule aligned with the EST time zone.
