Bilingual Pediatric Medical Receptionist (ECW required)

About the role

Little Miracles Pediatrics is looking for a bilingual Virtual Medical Receptionist/Medical Assistant to provide front‑desk support for a busy pediatric practice. The role is fully remote and requires strong communication in English and Spanish, as well as hands‑on experience with eClinicalWorks (ECW).

Key responsibilities

• Schedule, reschedule, and manage patient appointments using eClinicalWorks (ECW).
• Answer and manage inbound patient phone calls professionally.
• Respond to patient emails and messages through the practice inbox.
• Verify insurance eligibility and benefits.
• Maintain accurate patient information and appointment records.
• Assist with general medical front‑desk and administrative tasks.
• Follow established practice procedures for scheduling, communication, and insurance verification.
• Handle a high volume of patient interactions while maintaining a positive phone presence.

Required profile

• Patient‑focused, comfortable speaking with parents and children.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
• Warm, professional communication style.
• Available to work EST business hours.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with eClinicalWorks (ECW).
• Medical front‑desk/reception experience.
