Bilingual Cold Caller (English/Spanish) – Real Estate

About the role

We are seeking a fully bilingual English‑Spanish cold caller to contact property and apartment owners, qualify their interest, and set appointments for our acquisitions team. This is a high‑volume outbound role with a focus on real‑estate lead generation.

Key responsibilities

• Make approximately 200 outbound calls per day to property owners.
• Qualify leads against our criteria and schedule appointments for the acquisitions team.
• Log every call outcome in the CRM on the same day and keep lead data clean.
• Follow scripts and objection‑handling frameworks while maintaining a natural conversation style.
• Participate in daily huddles, weekly coaching sessions, and report any technical issues promptly.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of outbound cold‑calling experience; 2+ years preferred, especially in real estate or lead generation.
• Fluent speaking, reading, and writing in both English and Spanish with a neutral or light accent.
• Comfortable handling rejection and objections without losing energy.
• Strong listening skills to understand owners’ concerns and adjust the conversation.

Required skills

• Experience with a CRM or dialer (e.g., Mojo, CallTools, Batch Dialer, Go High Level).
• Basic Google Workspace proficiency (Sheets, Docs).
• Accurate, disciplined note‑taking after each call.
