Bilingual Client Service Liaison (English/Spanish) – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a friendly and highly articulate Bilingual Client Service Liaison to join our team in a full-time remote role. As the primary point of contact, you will handle inbound and outbound phone calls in both English and Spanish to address inquiries and deliver exceptional customer support.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary, customer‑facing point of contact for clients via phone and email.
• Handle inbound calls, address client inquiries, and conduct proactive outbound follow‑up calls in both English and Spanish.
• Communicate empathetically, professionally, and clearly to ensure a positive service experience.
• Assist with cross‑departmental tasks and provide general administrative support as needed.
• Document client communications, updates, and key details accurately within the firm’s database.
• Collaborate closely with internal team members to ensure client questions and needs are addressed promptly.

Required profile

• Full fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal).
• Proven customer‑service experience, preferably in a client‑facing environment.
• Comfort spending a significant portion of the day on the phone.
• Excellent verbal communication with a warm, professional phone demeanor.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to adapt to overlapping responsibilities.
• No prior legal experience required; full training will be provided.
