Bilingual Bookkeeper & Accounting Virtual Assistant (Spanish/English)

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual (Spanish/English) Bookkeeper and Accounting Virtual Assistant to join our fast‑growing SaaS accounting team. This fully remote, full‑time position works 40 hours per week on Central Standard Time and involves direct interaction with both internal colleagues and external clients.

Key responsibilities

• Become proficient in REVREX, our proprietary accounting software.
• Identify, document, and help resolve software bugs during testing phases.
• Configure and set up client accounts in preparation for onboarding.
• Provide responsive, bilingual support to newly onboarded clients, guiding them through the platform.
• Perform general bookkeeping tasks for clients using the REVREX system.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients in both English and Spanish.
• Adapt quickly to shifting priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Collaborate with the internal team to improve processes and client experience.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of hands‑on bookkeeping experience, preferably with QuickBooks Online.
• Fluent in both Spanish and English with a clear, professional speaking accent.
• Strong understanding of bookkeeping and general accounting principles.
• Comfortable learning new software platforms quickly and providing detailed feedback.
• Experience in client‑facing support or customer‑success roles is a plus.
• Highly organized, self‑motivated, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
• Reliable internet connection and a professional home‑office setup.
• Availability to work full‑time (40 hours/week) on a CST schedule.

Required skills

• QuickBooks Online (QBO certification is a strong plus).
• Proficiency with the REVREX accounting software.
