About the role

We are a bakery specializing in cakes, desserts and confectionery, focused on quality, creativity and attention to detail. We are looking for a Pastry Assistant to support daily production, learn new techniques and contribute to a fresh, special experience for our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and elaboration of pastry products.
• Weigh ingredients and prepare recipes according to specifications.
• Perform basic baking, filling and decoration tasks.
• Package finished items and prepare orders for delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area.

Required profile

• Responsibility, punctuality and strong attention to detail.
• Fast learner with a willingness to develop new skills.
• Team‑player attitude.
• High school diploma (Bachillerato/Secondary) required.
• Technical studies in gastronomy, bakery or pastry are a plus but not mandatory.
• Previous kitchen or pastry experience is desirable but not essential.

Required skills

• Basic pastry preparation.
• Baking and simple decoration techniques.
• Accurate measurement and weighing of ingredients.
