About the role
The Assistant for Organizational Development and Training supports the Human Resources department in all activities related to training, development plans, engagement surveys, DEI programs and related projects. The role ensures smooth execution of training logistics, data management and reporting.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with training processes, workshops, development plans and projects such as engagement surveys and DEI initiatives.
- Prepare internal requisitions for food, transport, hotels and external requisitions to institutions like INATEC for fund processing.
- Review exam results after trainings and enter them into the HR system.
- Request, organize and deliver original or copy diplomas to plant HR teams.
- Enter daily training data into the system and generate monthly, quarterly and annual training reports for management.
- Present training evaluations, KPI indicators, activities and results to stakeholders.
- Follow up attendance and grades for external courses (e.g., English) and coordinate logistics for trainings with foreign providers.
- Support PPS users with talent management processes (GPATS, development plans, talent profiles, etc.).
- Execute communication campaigns, create invitations, posters, brochures and administer engagement surveys.
- Comply with the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (CAM-HSN-001) and perform any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Required profile
- University degree (Licenciatura) in a relevant field.
