AI Full-stack Engineer (Next + Python) - Remote

About the role

BairesDev is hiring a remote AI Full-stack Engineer (Next + Python) who will own the frontend of a streaming chat app that is expanding into analytics views for a sales revenue workstream. The engineer builds reusable components and hooks in an established design system, prototypes generative UI with Design, and extends Python services when the frontend needs them. The role offers growth from Senior to Staff scope.

Key responsibilities

• Own the frontend surface of a streaming chat and analytics application.
• Build reusable components and hooks within an established design system.
• Prototype generative UI concepts together with Design.
• Extend Python services when frontend features require backend changes.
• Proactively raise experience issues with strong attention to pixel accuracy and accessibility.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience with React and Next.js in TypeScript (8+ years for lead-level scope).
• 2+ years building AI/LLM-driven applications (4+ years of backend experience for lead-level scope).
• High attention to detail in UI, including pixel accuracy, design spec fidelity and proactive polish.
• Availability to work PST hours and advanced proficiency in English.

• Nice to have: LLM evaluation tools (LangSmith, Langfuse, LLM-as-judge, golden datasets), streaming chat interfaces (token streaming, WebSockets), analytics and charting UI (D3, Recharts, Visx), established design systems such as Material or Carbon, accessibility and responsive web practices, and familiarity with generative UI and model-driven components.
