Property Manager

About the role

This full‑time remote position is designed to take ownership of day‑to‑day operations, allowing the CEO to concentrate on business development and bookkeeping. You will start by learning the customer support function and quickly expand to manage all operational processes across the company.

Key responsibilities

• Directly manage and develop the customer support team.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and evaluate staff while fostering a positive culture.
• Lead weekly 1:1s, leadership meetings, and quarterly reviews.
• Audit workflows, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements.
• Implement best practices in property management, maintenance, and tenant relations.
• Develop and track department KPIs and scorecards.
• Monitor public reviews and ensure compliance with real‑estate laws, local codes, and Fair Housing regulations.
• Optimize the technology stack, build AI‑assisted workflows, and organize company knowledge in Google Workspace.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of property management experience.
• Comfortable working with numbers and data‑driven insights.
• Fast learner who can master new software quickly.
• Operator mindset: proactive, obstacle‑driven, and results‑focused.
• People‑leader who can hire, develop, and address performance issues respectfully.
• Organized, calm under pressure, and adaptable.
