Mortgage Pipeline Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking an organized and reliable Mortgage Pipeline Coordinator to support our mortgage team in Managua. You will ensure that every loan file is accurate, up‑to‑date, and progressing smoothly through each stage.

Key responsibilities

• Enter new loans into the tracking system and verify borrower, property, and loan details.
• Contact Loan Officers weekly for status updates and record changes in loan stages, closing dates, and milestones.
• Track upcoming deadlines, send reminders, and follow up on missing or outdated information.
• Maintain a clear and accurate loan pipeline for home purchases, refinances, and HELOCs.

Required profile

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Confident English communication by phone and email.
• Self‑starter who follows up without constant reminders.
• Able to manage multiple files and deadlines simultaneously.
• Quick learner of new software and responsible handling of confidential data.
