Rent Manager Specialist

About the role

This is a specialized systems and property management operations role focused on the Rent Manager ecosystem. The ideal candidate uses Rent Manager beyond basic data entry, managing workflows, reporting, tenant and property records, financial information and maintenance processes. Bilingual candidates are strongly preferred.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain property, tenant, owner, lease and unit information in Rent Manager.
• Handle day-to-day property management workflows, tenant and owner records, leases, charges, payments and account updates.
• Manage maintenance requests, work orders, vendors and related property operations.
• Generate, review and interpret Rent Manager reports for operational and financial tracking.
• Maintain accurate property and financial data, identify discrepancies and support data cleanup and quality control.
• Assist with rent rolls, tenant ledgers, owner statements and other documentation.
• Configure workflows, settings and templates, troubleshoot routine issues and coordinate Rent Manager with other property management, accounting, CRM or communication platforms.
• Create and maintain SOPs and provide operational support to the property management team.

Required profile

• Proven professional experience using Rent Manager; this is mandatory and the main screening criterion.
• Strong understanding of the Rent Manager ecosystem and residential property management operations.
• Strong written and verbal English; bilingual communication is highly preferred.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Required skills

• Expert use of Rent Manager, including reports, workflows and troubleshooting.
• Tenant, lease, property, owner, maintenance and accounting workflows.
• Preferred: experience with large Rent Manager environments, integrations, maintenance/work-order management, other property management software, CRMs or accounting systems, and creating SOPs.
