Bilingual Property Management Assistant

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Property Management Assistant to support our leasing and tenant‑relations team. You will handle communications, lease administration, and maintenance coordination while ensuring a professional experience for our residents.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to tenant inquiries via phone, text, and email.
• Prepare, process, and renew lease agreements and related documentation.
• Coordinate move‑ins, move‑outs, and maintenance work orders.
• Maintain accurate tenant records, lease files, and property files.
• Track and update work order statuses in Rentvine, AppFolio, or similar systems.
• Process tenant statements, bill payments, and other administrative tasks.
• Communicate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to resolve maintenance issues.
• Support daily operations with data entry, reporting, and documentation.

Required profile

• Previous experience in property management, real‑estate administration, or virtual assistance.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and attention‑to‑detail abilities.
• Professional approach to tenant communications and follow‑through.

What we offer

• 40 hours per week, Monday‑Friday 9 AM‑5 PM PST.
• Hourly pay: Weeks 1‑6 $5/hr, Weeks 7‑12 $6/hr, Weeks 13+ $7/hr.
