Virtual Executive Assistant (Remote)

About the role

Viva is looking for a Virtual Executive Assistant to support a US or Canadian startup executive. The role is fully remote and ideal for candidates who have led teams and can keep operations running smoothly without direct supervision.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the executive’s calendar, inbox, meetings, travel arrangements, expenses, and event planning.
• Improve internal workflows, produce data analyses, create reports, SOPs, documentation, and coordinate projects across the organization.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role such as Supervisor, Team Lead, Operations Manager, Quality Lead, Trainer, or Account Manager.
• Fluent English (C1 level) – both written and spoken.
• At least one previous role with a tenure of 2+ years.
• Proactive attitude and comfortable working independently.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Workspace.
• Experience using Slack.
• Familiarity with Notion.
