Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative to join a residential solar company’s remote call center. The role focuses on scheduling warm‑lead appointments for sales consultants and providing excellent support to prospective homeowners.

Key responsibilities

• Obtain and update contact lists from the internal lead CRM.
• Call active and potential clients to promote free in‑home solar consultations.
• Address client questions, overcome objections, and capture interest.
• Document conversation details and forward information to the Marketing Manager.
• Record all successful and unsuccessful appointment attempts.
• Participate in regular team meetings for performance updates and training.
• Maintain professionalism and respect in all interactions.

Required profile

• Prior experience in a call‑center or similar environment (preferred).
• Strong verbal communication skills in English (native level).
• Ability to handle objections confidently.
• Positive, energetic, organized, and proactive attitude.
• Empathetic approach to client concerns.

Required skills

• CRM software (internal lead management system).
