Client Success Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Client Success Specialist to act as the primary liaison between our clients, internal teams, and operations at Link UP BPO. In this role you will own the end‑to‑end client experience, monitor service delivery, and intervene early to prevent issues from escalating.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, and messaging.
• Monitor client accounts, team performance, deadlines, and service level agreements.
• Coordinate with operations and team leaders to resolve client concerns and operational challenges.
• Identify potential problems early, take corrective action, and manage escalations professionally.
• Track open issues, follow up until resolution, and document client expectations and special requests.
• Conduct regular client check‑ins, gather feedback, and communicate insights to internal teams.
• Support client onboarding, new process implementations, and continuous improvement of SOPs.
• Provide guidance, accountability, and support to assigned team members.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong customer‑service mindset with a focus on relationship management.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and reliable under pressure.
• Effective problem‑solving, decision‑making, and ability to handle difficult conversations.
• Proactive, accountable, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Comfortable learning new software, CRM platforms, and processes.
• Leadership and team‑coordination abilities.
