About the role

We are a 5‑star rated business that assists homeowners after fire damage or when a tree falls on their house. We are seeking a fluent English speaker to work remotely, guiding homeowners through the claims process and handling related paperwork.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from homeowners, explain the damage‑assessment process and set expectations.
• Complete and file all required paperwork for each claim.
• Document damage details, maintain accurate records, and manage multiple claims simultaneously.
• Identify practical solutions for customers and coordinate with contractors when needed.
• Provide clear, empathetic communication without any cold‑calling activities.

Required profile

• Fluent English with strong verbal communication skills.
• Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to think creatively to solve customer issues.
• High school diploma or equivalent; experience in insurance, construction, real estate, or related fields is a plus.
• Willingness to learn fundamentals of insurance claims and property‑damage assessment.
• Customer‑service mindset capable of handling sensitive situations and building trust.
