Client Services Director

About the role

The Client Services Director leads the overall strategy and execution of client relationship management for one or more key accounts. Reporting to senior leadership, this role ensures high client satisfaction, drives revenue growth, and acts as the client’s advocate across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own account strategy, revenue targets, and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Maintain and deepen collaborative relationships with client stakeholders at all levels.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to resolve business issues and manage escalations.
• Develop and manage client strategic plans, service‑level agreements, and operational budgets.
• Partner with sales and finance to capture new business, create pricing models, and expand service offerings.
• Forecast operational performance, monitor financial results, and optimize resource utilization.
• Lead a matrix organization, ensuring seamless delivery of client solutions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior client‑facing or account‑management roles.
• Strong track record of achieving revenue targets and managing large, complex accounts.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
