Appointment Setter (Remote)

About the role

Our client, a provider of electrical repair and maintenance services, is looking for a dedicated Appointment Setter to help drive sales. The role involves booking leads, following up on unsold estimates, and coordinating technician dispatch, with both outbound and inbound call responsibilities after training.

Key responsibilities

• Book leads generated by the marketing team
• Follow up on estimates that have not yet been sold
• Dispatch technicians to scheduled jobs
• Make outbound calls to secure appointments
• Handle inbound calls once trained

Required profile

• Strong sales orientation and persuasive phone presence
• Native‑level English with clear communication
• Motivated, goal‑driven and able to learn new systems quickly
• Professional demeanor and pleasant voice

Required skills

• Experience with CRM software, preferably Service Titan

What we offer

• Full‑time remote position (9‑5 PST)
