Workday Analyst – Payroll & Time Tracking

About the role

As a Workday Analyst focusing on Payroll and Time Tracking, you will configure and maintain Workday modules that support absence management, time tracking, and payroll processing. You will collaborate closely with HR stakeholders to translate business requirements into functional solutions within the Workday platform.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and analyze requirements from HR stakeholders.
• Configure and maintain Workday Absence Management, Time Tracking, and Payroll modules.
• Develop reports to meet business and compliance needs.
• Support testing cycles and manage Workday upgrades.

Required profile

• Proven experience with Workday HCM.
• Familiarity with Workday Core HR configuration.
• Background in Workday Absence Management.
• Experience with Workday Time Tracking.
• Knowledge of Workday Payroll configuration.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Nice to have: familiarity with Workday Report Writer.
