Virtual Executive Assistant – Remote (Latin America)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Virtual Executive Assistant to support a US or Canadian startup executive. The role is fully remote and open to candidates living in Mexico, Colombia, Ecuador, Costa Rica, Honduras, Guatemala, El Salvador, Peru, or Nicaragua. You will bring leadership experience from supervisory or operations roles to keep the executive’s day running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Own the executive’s calendar, inbox, meetings, travel arrangements, expenses, and event planning.
• Improve internal workflows, conduct data analysis, produce reports, create SOPs and documentation, and coordinate projects across the organization.

Required profile

• At least 2 years in a leadership role such as Supervisor, Team Lead, Operations Manager, Quality Lead, Trainer or Account Manager.
• C1‑level English, both written and spoken.
• Demonstrated tenure of 2 years or more in a previous position.
• Comfortable using Google Workspace, Slack and Notion; enthusiastic about AI tools.
• Proactive attitude and ability to work independently.

• Base salary $1,200 USD/month, up to $1,600 USD/month total, with raises every six months.
