Virtual Assistant to CEO (Remote)

About the role

Join a fast‑growing startup ecosystem as a Remote Executive Assistant supporting CEOs across the US and Canada. You will take ownership of daily operations, anticipate executive needs, and help leaders stay ahead in a dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage calendars, inboxes, meetings, travel arrangements and expense reporting for up to three executives.
• Build and improve workflows, trackers and documentation to streamline operations.
• Support projects, reporting and process‑improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate across teams and stakeholders, tracking deadlines, dependencies and deliverables.
• Identify inefficiencies and propose better systems.

Required profile

• 2+ years of general work experience with at least one role held for 2+ years.
• Fluent English (C1 level) and detail‑oriented, execution‑focused mindset.
• Enjoy building structure, improving processes and working in fast‑paced environments.
• Open to growth, feedback and long‑term career development.

Required skills

• Comfortable with Google Workspace, Slack and Notion.
• Enthusiastic about AI and automation tools.
• Reliable, proactive communication with senior leaders.
