Virtual Assistant to CEO (Remote)

About the role

Support fast‑growing US and Canadian startup CEOs as a remote Executive Assistant. You will take ownership, anticipate needs, and help executives stay organized and ahead of their priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage calendars, inboxes, meetings, travel arrangements and expense reporting for up to three executives.
• Build and improve workflows, trackers, documentation, and support project reporting and process improvement.
• Coordinate across teams and stakeholders, track deadlines, dependencies and deliverables.
• Identify inefficiencies and propose better systems.

Required profile

• 2+ years of general work experience with at least one role held for 2+ years.
• Fluent English (C1 level) and comfortable communicating proactively with leaders.
• Detail‑oriented, execution‑focused and enjoys building structure and improving processes.
• Enthusiastic about AI and automation tools and thrives in fast‑paced environments.

• Full‑time contractor pay $1,200 USD base, up to $1,600 USD per month with performance bonuses.
