Virtual Assistant (AI-Enabled Remote Support)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive, technology-oriented Virtual Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative, sales, marketing and operational support in a fast-paced remote environment. The ideal candidate will leverage AI tools daily to boost productivity, conduct research and streamline processes while working independently.

Key responsibilities

• Manage calendars, meetings, documentation and day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring accurate records and timely completion.
• Utilise AI tools for research, content creation, data organization, analysis and automation of repetitive workflows.
• Support B2B lead generation, prospect research, email and LinkedIn outreach, CRM maintenance and sales activity tracking.
• Assist marketing initiatives, including digital campaigns, competitor research, content support and lead generation activities.

Required profile

• Highly proactive, intelligent and ambitious with a strong ownership mentality.
• Excellent English communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Resourceful, curious and comfortable learning new software and digital tools quickly.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Required skills

• Daily use of AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, automation platforms).
• Experience with CRM and ERP systems.
• Proficiency in productivity software such as Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and lead-generation tools.
