Key responsibilities

• Deliver excellent English communication (written and spoken) in all client interactions.
• Leverage at least three years of professional experience to handle inquiries efficiently.
• Apply strong customer service, sales, administrative, or support expertise to resolve issues and promote products.
• Ensure a reliable internet connection and a professional remote work setup for uninterrupted service.
• Be available Monday‑Friday, 8:00 AM‑5:00 PM EST to meet client needs.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of professional work experience.
• Experience working in remote environments.
