Vacation Booking Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking an organized, customer‑focused Vacation Booking Coordinator to help clients plan and book personalized travel experiences. You will act as the main point of contact, researching options, coordinating reservations, and ensuring every detail is accurate and timely.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with clients to understand their vacation preferences, requests, and requirements.
• Research accommodations, transportation, activities, and other services.
• Assist in coordinating reservations and booking details.
• Review options and confirmations for accuracy.
• Provide clients with updates, information, and support throughout the planning process.
• Handle modifications and special requests.
• Maintain organized client and reservation documentation.
• Follow up on outstanding details and upcoming arrangements.
• Coordinate with service providers when additional support is needed.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Customer‑focused attitude.
• Comfortable researching information and options online.
• Ability to manage multiple client requests simultaneously.
• Proficiency with email, online systems, and digital platforms.
• Strong problem‑solving and follow‑up abilities.
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, reservations, or planning is helpful but not required.
