Subscription Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Tigo Nicaragua is looking for a Subscription Acquisition Specialist to identify and develop growth opportunities in its sales channels, driving commercial productivity, target achievement and the quality of subscriptions through data analysis, strategy execution and follow-up of improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor commercial performance and channel target achievement.
• Analyze key business indicators to find growth and optimization opportunities.
• Design and follow up action plans focused on increasing subscriptions and improving commercial effectiveness.
• Evaluate acquisition quality and sustainability using activation, retention and early churn indicators.
• Prepare analyses, reports and forecasts that support strategic decisions.
• Promote commercial initiatives and work with local and regional teams to implement best practices.

Required profile

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in commercial positions or channel management.
• Knowledge of commercial strategies and results tracking.
• Willingness to travel within the country.
• Analytical ability, results orientation and passion for continuous improvement.

• Advanced Excel and business indicator analysis.
• Commercial strategy knowledge.
