Product Specialist - Pet Health (Remote)

About the role

Tribe Wellness Sales is looking for a Product Specialist (also called a Protocol Review Specialist) to sell pet health products and services remotely. The company works with health and wellness brands and helps pet owners understand how to use their products. The role is fully remote, with no cap on commission.

Key responsibilities

• Sell products and services for a pet client to potential customers, turning prospects into loyal brand advocates.
• Work with a broad range of customers and grow the business.
• Learn through close collaboration with leadership and the company's training resources.
• Earn commission on sales, with no cap.

Required profile

• Highly driven self-starter motivated by growth and sales, with knowledge or passion for health and wellness.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to build genuine connections.
• Able to work 40 hours per week (8 hours per day) starting at 8 AM CST.
• Reliable internet and equipment, with a setup that supports frequent phone and video calls.

Required skills

• Fast, reliable laptop or desktop with a working microphone, camera and headset.
• Ethernet connection strongly preferred for consistent call quality.
• Dedicated internet of at least 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload, with low latency, jitter and packet loss.
• Ability to run the call system, Salesforce and Zoom simultaneously.

What we offer

• Commission-only pay: 14%-17% of net sales (20-24.5% of gross profit); each sale is $250-$2,500, with no cap on commissions.
• About 12-15 appointments scheduled per day, more if desired.
