Sales Recovery Specialist – Pet Health (Remote)

About the role

Join Tribe Wellness Sales as a Sales Recovery Specialist focused on pet health supplements. You will work remotely to re‑engage customers who have abandoned their carts, guide them to the right product for their dogs, and convert hesitation into completed purchases.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively contact customers with abandoned carts and encourage purchase completion.
• Explain product benefits, answer questions, and remove uncertainty for pet owners.
• Build trust, address objections, and turn warm leads into loyal customers.
• Collaborate with team leaders and leverage training resources to improve conversion techniques.
• Maintain compliance with FTC regulations and uphold brand integrity.

Required profile

• Highly‑driven self‑starter motivated by growth and sales performance.
• Passion for pet health, wellness, or related industries.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.

Required skills

• Experience using Salesforce for lead and opportunity management.
• Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Slack and Google Workspace.
• Comfort with communication platforms like Vonage.
• Knowledge of HR/operations platforms such as Rippling.
