Senior Technology & Systems Integration Manager

About the role

A full-time, on-site position reporting to the CEO, seeking an experienced Senior Technology & Systems Integration Manager to lead technology optimization, systems integration, automation and business intelligence initiatives across the organization and its client portfolio. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with practical business judgment and turns complex technology challenges into efficient, scalable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate, optimize and integrate business platforms such as CRM, Microsoft 365, telephony, scheduling, payment and case-management systems.
• Lead API integrations, data connectivity, system migrations and technology implementations.
• Identify opportunities for workflow automation and practical AI adoption.
• Oversee business intelligence dashboards, reporting tools and data accuracy.
• Manage technology projects, IT resources and external vendors.
• Troubleshoot complex systems issues and implement sustainable solutions.
• Advise leadership and clients on technology improvements, security and operational efficiency.
• Support technology assessments and solution development for prospective clients.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in IT, systems integration, technology management or technology consulting.
• Strong knowledge of SaaS platforms, APIs, automation and business intelligence tools (Power BI or similar).
• Hands-on experience implementing and integrating business applications, and practical experience with AI tools and workflow automation.
• Project management, troubleshooting and stakeholder communication skills.
• Preferred: experience supporting professional services organizations (legal, medical, accounting, etc.), distributed or international teams, and contact center platforms (Five9, Genesys, NICE CXone, RingCentral or similar).
• B2 English proficiency.
