Remote Property Manager – Rentvine Experience Required

About the role

We are seeking a Remote Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of properties, ensuring they are maintained and operated in line with company objectives. The role involves direct communication with residents and owners to deliver a high‑standard experience throughout the resident life cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in managing a portfolio of properties and resolve owner inquiries via phone and email.
• Use CRM tools to track requests and follow up on resident escalations, aiming for one‑touch resolution.
• Support the habitability/legal claim process when required.
• Coordinate with leasing specialists to complete applications, verify lease documents, signatures, and deposits.
• Send addendums, CC&Rs, and follow up with residents post‑move‑in to confirm satisfaction.
• Collaborate with field agents to gather feedback on homes in marketing.
• Handle notice to vacate, move‑out processes, and prepare non‑compliance notices as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Property Manager.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to build professional relationships with residents, board members, and vendors.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and basic accounting/math abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and maintain a positive, motivated attitude.

Required skills

• Rentvine (property‑management software) experience.
• CRM usage for tracking and follow‑up.
• Microsoft Office suite.

What we offer

• Full‑time, Monday‑Friday schedule.
• Hourly rate ranging from $12 to $15 based on experience.
