Remote Maintenance Coordinator – Property Management

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Remote Maintenance Coordinator to manage the full maintenance lifecycle for our property portfolio. This position supports property owners and tenants by ensuring timely, high‑quality service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, document, and manage work orders from tenants and owners.
• Communicate with vendors, property owners, and tenants via phone and email.
• Schedule, coordinate, and follow up on all service requests and work order completions.
• Review and attach invoices to corresponding work orders.
• Ensure maintenance activities meet established timelines.
• Schedule inspections and semi‑annual property surveys.
• Onboard new vendors and maintain up‑to‑date vendor records.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing vendors.

Required profile

• Several years of experience handling maintenance requests.
• Solid knowledge of property management or maintenance coordination.
• Experience with property management software such as Rentvine, Aptly, AppFolio, or Propertyware.
• Strong English verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent decision‑making and prioritization under pressure.
• Highly reliable, organized, and self‑directed with strong follow‑through.

What we offer

• Full‑time schedule, Monday to Friday.
• Hourly pay ranging from $10 to $13 based on experience.
