Recruiting Manager - Remote

About the role

BairesDev, a technology project company with more than 15 years of experience and a remote team of 4,000+ people, is looking for a Recruiting Manager. You will lead the functional side of Talent Acquisition, manage and guide a team of over 50 leaders, and work closely with other area managers to keep hiring processes aligned with business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and guide a team of leaders within the Talent Acquisition function.
• Create and implement new hiring strategies and improve employee well-being.
• Align with other area managers so that Talent Acquisition processes stay current and effective.
• Monitor and manage KPIs, metrics and salary settings within the team.
• Analyze data to assess and improve recruiting and staffing processes.

Required profile

• Experience leading operational leaders.
• Background in Talent Acquisition or recruiting (desirable).
• Hands-on management style with a proactive approach.
• Advanced level of English.
