Property Onboarding Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized and detail‑oriented Property Onboarding Specialist to manage the onboarding of new properties into our portfolio. You will coordinate with owners, vendors, cleaners and internal teams to ensure each property is fully prepared and operational before going live.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end onboarding process for new properties, including collection of information, documents, photos and inventory lists.
• Set up and maintain listings on Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com and other platforms, ensuring accurate rates, availability, fees and policies.
• Configure properties within PMS/channel‑manager systems and coordinate photography, cleaning, maintenance and inspections.
• Create and verify property descriptions, amenities, house rules and check‑in instructions.
• Work with owners and vendors to resolve onboarding issues and meet launch deadlines.
• Conduct quality‑control checks and maintain onboarding trackers, documentation and status updates.
• Coordinate with operations and guest‑experience teams to ensure a smooth transition after launch.

Required profile

• 1–2+ years of experience in property management, short‑term rentals, hospitality or operations.
• Ability to manage multiple properties simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Experience with Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com or similar short‑term rental platforms.
• Familiarity with PMS/channel‑management systems such as Guesty, Hostaway, Hostfully, Lodgify or Hospitable.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, spreadsheets and other operational tools.
