About the role
The Program Manager – Community Resilience leads the design and delivery of high‑impact programmes that strengthen social, environmental and economic resilience for vulnerable children and families. The role coordinates disaster preparedness, emergency response and partnership development to ensure sustainable outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure high‑quality, efficient implementation of child and family resilience programmes.
- Lead disaster preparedness planning and emergency response strategies.
- Build and nurture strategic partnerships to broaden programme impact.
- Manage programme budgets and deliver measurable results.
- Develop, mentor and lead high‑performing teams.
Required profile
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Agronomy, Economics or Ecology (post‑graduate preferred).
- Advanced proficiency in English.
- Minimum 5 years experience in social projects and emergency‑response leadership.
- Valid driver’s licence.
