Product Operations Associate

About the role

As a Product Operations Associate at UJV, you will act as the critical link between travel suppliers, connectivity providers, the reservations team and our internal information systems. You will ensure that hotel and travel service data is accurately entered, maintained and made available for agents and customers through our booking platform.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for onboarding, verification, entry and management of supplier details, including hotel markup, commissions, room data and fees.
• Ensure accurate and timely entry of product information into UJV’s database.
• Collaborate with sales agents to answer inquiries and resolve booking discrepancies.
• Manage content updates such as general information, itinerary descriptions and terms & conditions.
• Work closely with suppliers and internal departments to troubleshoot system errors or incorrect bookings.
• Conduct quality‑assurance checks to verify data accuracy and propose solutions for discrepancies.
• Lead special projects aimed at improving processes and operational efficiency.
• Perform additional tasks assigned by the manager or their designees.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in hotel product setup, travel agency operations or inventory management.
• Degree in Tourism, Business or a technical field is a plus.
• High level of independence, strong multitasking abilities and exceptional attention to detail (100% data accuracy).
• Full professional proficiency in English.

Required skills

• Experience interpreting and troubleshooting XML data feeds or API connectivity issues.
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
• Proficiency with Google Workspace.
• Familiarity with GDS platforms such as Amadeus or Sabre, and CRS/CMS tools.
