Portuguese‑Speaking Virtual Property Manager (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual Portuguese‑English Virtual Assistant to support our growing property management team. The role is fully remote and focuses on day‑to‑day operations for short‑term rental properties.

Key responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for property management activities.
• Handle guest communications in both English and Portuguese.
• Assist with reservations, inquiries, and booking management.
• Coordinate with property owners, guests, cleaners, and maintenance teams.
• Maintain calendars and update booking platforms such as Airbnb and Booking.com.
• Perform general virtual assistant and administrative tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Fluent in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant or Administrative Assistant.
• Background in property management or short‑term rentals.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work independently.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Airbnb.
• Hands‑on experience with Booking.com.
• Familiarity with Hostaway (optional).
