About the role

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from prospective personal injury clients.
• Conduct intake interviews, gather case details, and qualify leads.
• Schedule consultations with attorneys and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Provide empathetic, professional client experiences while driving conversions.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of personal injury intake experience with a U.S. law firm.
• Proven ability to close personal injury leads and convert prospects into retained clients.
• Fluent in English and Spanish with strong communication skills.
• Comfortable handling high‑volume inbound calls and maintaining a sales‑focused approach.

Required skills

• Experience with legal CRM platforms such as Clio, Litify, Filevine, SmartAdvocate, MyCase or similar.
