Listing Verification Specialist

About the role

Veta Virtual is seeking a Listing Verification Specialist to act as the quality checkpoint for an online car auction marketplace in the USA. You will verify seller information, ensure listings are accurate, and maintain clean records. This is a non‑sales, remote position.

Key responsibilities

• Review seller documents such as titles and registration records for authenticity and accuracy.
• Check vehicle photos, trim levels, and mileage; flag issues and request corrections.
• Manage the Submitted queue, moving qualified listings to Listed quickly.
• Call and text U.S. sellers to confirm details, intent to sell, and collect missing information.
• Answer basic seller questions, escalating complex issues to the listing agent.
• Tag and organize leads in the CRM, flag cancellation risks, and complete ghost follow‑ups using approved scripts.
• Send clear notes to the Listing Team and meet daily and weekly quotas.

Required profile

• Near‑native English (written and spoken) with confidence making outbound calls and texts.
• Exceptional attention to detail and consistent, accurate record‑keeping.
• Strong prioritisation skills and comfort learning CRM systems.
• Full‑time availability during U.S. business hours.
• Based in LATAM or Europe; automotive, KYC, QA, data‑entry or remote‑review experience is a plus.
