About the role

We are looking for an Employee Service Officer to join Tigo Nicaragua’s Human Resources team. The role provides close, agile and comprehensive support to our collaborators throughout their employment lifecycle, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage onboarding processes and documentation for new hires.
• Prepare and handle paperwork related to labor settlements and employee files.
• Respond to employee requests for certificates, references and salary confirmations.
• Track vacation balances and administer benefit programs.
• Coordinate administrative tasks related to travel allowances, suppliers and payments.
• Process subsidies, INSS and INATEC solvency documents.
• Support audit activities and keep HR information up‑to‑date and organized.
• Assist in logistics for events that strengthen company culture.

Required profile

• Student or graduate of Business Administration, Accounting, Systems, Industrial Engineering or related fields.
• At least one year of experience in administrative or HR positions.
• Strong organization, attention to detail and follow‑up abilities.
• Service‑oriented mindset with excellent employee interaction.

• Proficiency with administrative tools and HR systems.
