Learning & Development Young Professional (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Learning & Development Young Professional to join BairesDev’s global team. This remote position offers an entry‑level opportunity to support the design, coordination and delivery of training initiatives that foster a culture of continuous learning.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning, logistics and execution of workshops, webinars and other learning events.
• Help create and update learning materials such as presentations, guides and e‑learning modules.
• Maintain the Learning Management System, ensuring content is organized and current.
• Collect participant feedback and contribute to the analysis of training effectiveness.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify learning needs and propose targeted solutions.
• Support tracking and reporting of L&D metrics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, Business Administration or a related field, or currently pursuing one.
• Strong interest in training, talent development or instructional design.
• Creative, organized and comfortable using digital learning tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
