Junior Inside Sales Executive

About the role

A full-service landscaping company is looking for a Junior Inside Sales Executive to join its Sales team. The role focuses on proactively reaching out to potential clients by outbound calls to qualify leads, present the company's services and secure qualified appointments for the sales team. The position is on-site in Managua, Nicaragua, full-time Monday to Friday, with working hours aligned with MST and observation of standard US-based holidays.

Key responsibilities

• Reach out to potential clients by outbound calls to identify interest in landscaping, maintenance and project services.
• Record call activity, notes and lead details in the CRM system (HubSpot), ensuring data integrity and timely follow-up.
• Qualify prospects and schedule appointments for Account Executives or Estimators based on interest level and service alignment.
• Follow approved call scripts while keeping a natural, professional tone.
• Listen actively and address client objections or questions confidently and courteously.

Required profile

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Sales or Customer Service.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales or a related field preferred but not required.
• Advanced written and spoken English (C1 or higher) and Spanish; resumes submitted in Spanish will not be considered.
• High attention to detail, excellent phone etiquette, strong relationship-building skills and reliable punctuality for on-site work.
• Familiarity with landscaping, demolition or snow removal services is a plus.
