IT Recruiter (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is looking for an experienced IT Recruiter to join its fully remote talent acquisition team. You will act as a bridge between client services, sales, and the broader recruiting function, ensuring that pre‑vetted technical candidates are matched quickly and efficiently to business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze, select, prepare and present pre‑vetted IT candidates for open positions.
• Manage the end‑to‑end vetting process from the client side, optimizing time‑to‑market and revenue.
• Review and filter candidates in the pipeline according to defined parameters.
• Write candidate summaries and edit resumes to showcase talent effectively.
• Communicate regularly with Clients, Client Services, and Sales teams to align expectations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in IT recruiting and technical talent acquisition.
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail and business‑oriented approach.
• Adaptable, able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent written and spoken English, articulate and eloquent.
• Team‑first attitude and collaborative spirit.
