Head of Web Growth and Conversion

About the role

Sagan connects international professionals with remote opportunities at US-based businesses. This is a full-time independent contractor position based in Nicaragua, working US business hours, with a stated salary of up to USD 6,000 per month. You will own a B2B website as a source of qualified sales meetings, improve its conversion, grow relevant traffic, and personally ship the pages, code, integrations and experiments that deliver measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Improve the journey from landing pages through inquiry and booking, measuring qualified meetings and pipeline.
• Build trustworthy funnel measurement with Revenue Operations.
• Run CRO experiments across messaging, page design, forms, offers and booking flows.
• Build and maintain HTML, CSS, JavaScript and CMS-backed pages, reusable components and integrations.
• Grow relevant traffic through SEO and AI-search discovery.
• Own website speed, mobile experience, accessibility, tracking and release quality.

Required profile

• Hands-on ownership of a large-scale B2B website with commercially important conversion flows.
• Proven CRO and organic-growth results tied to qualified demand.
• Live examples of work personally shipped, with baselines, results and your contribution.
• Nice to have: strong copy and design judgment alongside practical web development skills.

Required skills

• Practical HTML, CSS, JavaScript and CMS experience beyond visual website builders.
• Ability to use AI-assisted development, inspect the work and verify booking flows and tracking in an existing codebase.
