Head of Commercial Commissions and Costs

About the role

Tigo Nicaragua is looking for a strategic leader to head its commercial commissions and costs function. The role aims to maximise business profitability through efficient, automated and results-oriented processes, and to act as a strategic partner to the Commercial, Finance and Human Resources areas.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the strategy and control of commercial costs to ensure business profitability.
• Design and administer commission and incentive models that drive commercial performance.
• Develop financial analyses, budgets and forecasts that support decision-making.
• Promote process automation using tools such as Power BI, SAP and Advanced Excel.

Required profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Telecommunications or a related field.
• More than 3 years of experience in commercial management, distribution channels, financial analysis and cost administration.
• Willingness to travel within and outside the country.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel, Power BI, Tableau or similar analytics tools.
• Analytical thinking, results orientation and ability to influence decisions.
