Graphic Designer

About the role

A creative, proactive Graphic Designer is sought for the Marketing department in Nicaragua, working hybrid Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, reporting to the Regional or Local Marketing Manager. The role combines creativity with technical expertise to deliver designs for digital campaigns, retail branding and outdoor advertising.

Key responsibilities

• Create original visual concepts for marketing campaigns, product launches and brand activations, and adapt global creative materials for local audiences.
• Produce visuals for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and digital advertising, including key visuals, campaign assets and promotional materials.
• Design POSM materials such as displays, lightboxes, standees and retail signage, and create artwork for billboards and other outdoor advertising.
• Prepare print-ready files and coordinate technical specifications with printing suppliers.
• Manage design projects from concept to delivery and collaborate with marketing and audiovisual teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or technical qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Advertising or a related field.
• At least 2 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer.
• Proven experience in digital marketing, branding and print design, with a strong portfolio.
• English proficiency for international communication; interest in technology and mobile industry trends.

Required skills

• Advanced Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Knowledge of typography, composition, colour theory and brand communication.
• Understanding of POSM, OOH advertising, prepress and print specifications.
• Preferred: Adobe After Effects and InDesign, Canva and AI-powered creative tools.
