Graphic Designer – Marketing & Creative

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team in Nicaragua. The role focuses on visual storytelling, branding, and creating compelling designs for digital campaigns, retail environments, and outdoor advertising.

Key responsibilities

• Develop original visual concepts for marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand activations.
• Create high‑quality assets for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, digital ads, POSM, billboards and other OOH media.
• Adapt global creative materials for local audiences while maintaining brand consistency.
• Manage design projects from concept through print‑ready delivery, coordinating with suppliers and internal teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or technical qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Advertising or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in digital marketing, branding and print design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating visual storytelling, branding and print work.
• Proactive attitude, ability to propose fresh ideas and work independently in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Adobe Photoshop – advanced photo editing and composition.
• Adobe Illustrator – advanced vector design and large‑format artwork.
• Adobe After Effects and InDesign – preferred for motion and layout work.
• Canva and AI‑powered creative tools.
• Understanding of typography, color theory, print production specifications (POSM, OOH).
